Our partners have significant experience in transforming companies including turnarounds. While we will assist with the definition and implementation of a turnaround we will only invest our capital if we believe the turnaround will be effective and lasting.

We prefer to invest in turnaround plans predicated on cost reduction and process improvements. We generally do not invest in turnaround situations that are solely dependent on revenue growth and the need for subsequent acquisitions.

Using our pool of partners and affiliated managers we may provide in addition to capital the company with necessary management expertise.

We partner with existing management but also may add executives with turnaround experience to the management team. In this case, we seek to partner with seasoned operating executives who have demonstrated the ability to turnaround businesses in a similar setting as our target investments.
